Learn more about important dates and actions you should take:
*ReCap Pro users with a current subscription, student account, or a current maintenance plan can migrate files to Autodesk Drive. If you're not a current subscriber to ReCap Pro, a student, or on a current maintenance plan, you do not have an option to migrate to Autodesk Drive.
Starting June 24th, Publish and 3D photo reconstruction in ReCap Pro 2019, 2020, and 2021 will no longer function with A360 Drive. To continue to use the Publish and 3D photo reconstruction features, you will need to download and install the latest updates to ReCap Pro 2019, 2020, and 2021 or upgrade to ReCap Pro 2022 and use these features with Autodesk Drive.
With the latest updates to ReCap Pro 2019, 2020, and 2021, you can publish structured scan projects to Autodesk Drive. ReCap Pro 2022 users can publish structured scan projects to Autodesk Drive or Autodesk Docs—subscription to Autodesk Docs is required. It is important to upgrade to ReCap Pro 2022 or install the latest updates to ReCap Pro 2019, 2020, or 2021 before June 24, 2021.
Yes. The photo service in ReCap Pro 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 allows you to select a location on Autodesk Drive for you to store your 3D photo reconstruction results. With a subscription to Autodesk Docs, you can also choose to store your data in a location on these accounts.
Before the transition to Autodesk Drive, customers who published their data to A360 Drive could not view, markup, and share data directly within A360 Drive. These were only possible on the ReCap web portal, leading to an inefficient workflow.
Now, with the transition to Autodesk Drive, ReCap web portal is no longer necessary. And the viewing and markup functionalities for ReCap data can be done directly in Autodesk Drive and Autodesk Docs.
Yes. Online viewing, sharing, and collaboration of published structured scan projects is now done directly in Autodesk Drive and Autodesk Docs. You simply have to click on ReCap project files (*.rcp) in Autodesk Drive and Autodesk Docs to start viewing and annotating RealViews (360 images). This also works in a multi-user, multi-browser environment if the project has been shared.

Yes. Autodesk Drive is an assignable benefit. For more information, see the Account Management page.
Autodesk Drive support is available to you if you have a current subscription, student account, or maintenance plan for ReCap Pro.
Using the migration tool, files that fail to migrate will be listed in the "Recent Activity" tab of A360 Drive. If it has been 24 hours since your last migration you can retry the migration again. If those files fail to migrate again, you can download those files manually and upload the files to Autodesk Drive.
We will update this page with additional questions or instructions as needed. You can also post a question in the A360 Drive forum. For product instructions, go to the Autodesk Drive help. If you are having a technical issue, you can submit a technical support case.
